We recommend Microsoft Dynamics CRM! Out of all the available CRMs at this moment, not even Salesforce offers such level of integration with the rest of the applications, while it indeed provides a wide range of statistics and graphic views, much more customizable. As a user, I prefer Microsoft over all the CRMs in the world, because it works, and even when it fails, it can be fixed and improved. It's a long term solution that can be upgraded over time... Furthermore, you can have it properly installed or in a cloud, and it still performs great most of the time. The latest version of 2013 offers multi-cross channel capabilities, it has it all for providing specific vies to all levels of your organization.
