New age ads for monetizing websites

Google is not the only company having launched intelligent online ads, like Adsense, but others are keeping up with it. For example, in 2012 Wordpress, they launched WordAds especially for their bloggers. On the other side, we find Infolinks, with high revenues for new bloggers, Media.net, the best alternative to Google powered by Yahoo!/Bing, and Chitika, working as a online advertising network both for advertisers and publishers. There are many more, like Promoters, though it is always better to work with reliable ones.

These solutions offer contextual advertising to web publishers, so they show advertisments that are relevant to sites content. This means that by using this service, the ads shown in the website will be related to the content of the site. So for example, your have an e-commerce site for women apparel, the ads shown on your website will be for products that complement yours (bags, shoes, accessories...). Their system is based on Pay-per-Click (PPC), so the more clicks you get on their banners, the more money you will get.

However, there are some requirements, like having had your website or blog open for at least 6 months, having certain amount of content and traffic, etc. If you want to know how to use these solutions properly within your online marketing campaign, just contact us and we will guide you further.
