I am a fan of this fantastic new functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. At last, a dashboard to monitor your social media activities with such easy configuration a kid of 8 years old could do it. Instead of going into Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, 2 or 3 blogs, 5 forums.... You can check on your dashboard what has reported latest activity, and prioritize which social media is most urgent to attend.
